“Room was clean but the sheets didn't seem to fit the mattress also, the shower head had a leak, I didn't mention any of this to the staff because I wasn't staying for very long. When I first entered the room, it was musty and it also had a strong order of pets, after opening a window and letting the room vent it got a bit better. The room had a connecting door to the room next door which is perfect for families but a bit scary if you are a woman traveling alone. Regarding the breakfast options,……

“The rooms and property are a little outdated. No microwave in the room. Alot of painting needs to be done. Not like some other resorts I've stayed at.”

“The room in general was nice. However when we went to sleep the pillows had a bad scent. Also, we took some time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The water seemed gloomy and looked dirty.”

“This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. ”

“Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!”
