Both reception employees that I've dealt with were very nice and helpful ( I may visit @ Christmas time another time as he advised Milwaukee is beautifully decorated that time of year ) The only observations I'd have are about the rooftop bar ( some small bites could be added to the menu ) and ref the Cafe where breakfast is served ( to pay more attention to cleaning . My table was sticky ! I had to move to another)」

「I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.」

「It is clean but outdated, the rooms could use a refresh. It took a long time to get the rollaway bed I requested and we were exhausted. Took maybe a half hour!」

「Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay.
