“Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast there or utilize the bar. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pool floor and stairs were slippery which means there is bacteria/algae present. The hot tub had quite a bit of debris floating around. This was a let down especially when you are traveling with kiddos who love to swim.”

“Good location in Glendale and near the highway with access into the city, but the hotel is dated and the elevator was broken, an outside door wasn't working properly with card access, they had to fix my door jam while I was there. I had to ask for a better bathroom clean in the room too. Shower head leaked. Limited kitchenware in the suite. The staff was great and responsive, but the hotel could use some upgrades and not necessarily band-aids. That area of Milwaukee is too nice not to have a……

“I had a great stay! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from check in to check out. The hotel was very clean, which is always one of my top priorities. One thing I really appreciated was having two completely different restaurant options on site. They weren’t just variations of the same menu. One offered a more upscale dining experience, while the other had a relaxed sports bar atmosphere, so there was something for whatever mood I was in. The location was also excellent and……

“The hotel is exquisite, the room perfect. Both reception employees that I've dealt with were very nice and helpful ( I may visit @ Christmas time another time as he advised Milwaukee is beautifully decorated that time of year ) The only observations I'd have are about the rooftop bar ( some small bites could be added to the menu ) and ref the Cafe where breakfast is served ( to pay more attention to cleaning . My table was sticky ! I had to move to another)”

“Would not recommend the jacuzzi suite. The room was filthy! Trash was found on the floor around the room. The outside door jam was damaged leaving a gap from the wall. For a jacuzzi suite, the room only provided hand towels & a washcloth - adult-size towels had to be requested. The jacuzzi was large but VERY shallow. The room included a working refrigerator & microwave - both were fairly clean. The ice machine was right next to the room but the cooling unit next to the ice machine made a loud……
