「Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed.」

「The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly.
A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button.
The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out.
Overall is satisfactory!

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked.
