"I had one of the internal rooms (no windows) which got warm pretty quickly, even in October. When I asked reception if the AC could be turned on, they gave me the remote to work it, no questions. Room was compact but comfortable and pretty clean. Shower was good (plenty of pressure). Simple facilities, but perfectly acceptable at this price. Good local amenities nearby (underground, shops, pubs, takeaways, etc)"

They ask for more money after you pay for your booking, they do not answer their phone(s), the check-in process is ridiculous, the "Hotel" is not sign-posted, advertised or visible in any way from the main road and the whole experience was a mess. They left me and my Partner stranded in London without a place to stay and kept hanging up the phone on me. It should be illegal to run a business like this "business" is ran..."
