「Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, in a nice area. Will definitely visit again one day, if prices are right. Thank you」

「The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room...

「Nice clean hotel, very very handy for Birmingham Town Centre. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, venues and tram stops. Loads of places to plug devices in and free wi-fi worked well. Would say the lights were oddly low, so the room was quite dark but not a huge issue. Breakfast was great. I parked at the nearby Q-Park, only a short walk from the hotel, and was able to pre-book so just drove straight there.」

「all good, price is good, location is good, only one thing is the car park need to walk about 4 mins, and everything is perfect. 」

「Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. 」

「Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and helped us get into the car park in the heavy snow when our car couldn’t make it!! Absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel, the room was clean, lovely and spacious, in a great location easy to find and get to. Breakfast was really great and overall the stay was such a reasonable price, all of the staff were friendly and so helpful. Would absolutely recommend, thanks again :)」
