「A welcoming B&B in Washington, VA. We used it as a base to walk on the Appalachian Trail and visit wineries, easily accessible from Washington. Breakfast was excellent. Internet was iffy despite the house WIFi and cell phone service was dreadful.」

Owners were fast at responding, we had an issue when we first got there and it was immediately fixed, wifi is great during the day but gets really slow from 5:30 to around 9:30 but coming from a person who lives in the middle of nowhere it’s not going to get any better than that. So all in all it was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely go again」

My only negative comment is that there are not many places to eat that are walkable, and most close very early. There is a nice steak/chop house next door but closes at 8:00 pm.」

「Lovely cabin with lots of open space for the kiddos and dog to run and play. Close proximity to Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. Property was clean and comfortable. Guest bed was not comfortable and sags/slopes in the middle. Master bed very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.」

「The property was very nice. Well appointed and spacious. The fire pit was great and there was lots of firewood. We drove down to the river access and had a beautiful afternoon. I recommend a picnic down there! The house is within reasonable range from everything you might want. Use the property managers phone number for texting as email communication was spotty for us.」
