「The house was clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and effective. The house is more vertical so there are a lot of stairs but we made it work even though we have 2 seniors in the group. One has difficult mobility, the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate us by setting a bed on the first floor. Luggage elevator is such a useful addition. As expected for Tokyo house, we don't have a big space to hang around as a group but we were barely home so this is not an issue. The place...

「The property felt traditional yet everything was quite modern and comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats with futons. All rooms were air conditioned. The spacious shower and bath room was a win. The room downstairs was handy for the elderly people. Very close to temple, river ferry, underground, ramen shops, convenience stores and the like. Would recommend to any type of group.」

「This BY FAR exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do this place justice. My group of four adults slept comfortably and it could hold even more if some significant others had joined us. 「좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요.」

"I enjoyed my stay a lot whilst my husband didn't. The bathroom is really small for big people. Easy to make a mess on toilet luckily it's a wet room design so can clean easily. A step to access the toilet so not user friendly to elderly people. Bed was a double, still quite small for big people. Heating made the room really stuffy and warm, had to borrow a fan and opened room door to ventilate often. No Netflix, but can screen cast YouTube. Really like the buffet on 4F, convenience store on 2F, laundry facilities and public bath house on B1F. Sky pool not opened. Didn't use the gym but looked okay. Good location, decent price, overall I'm satisfied. There is a money currency exchange machine downstairs, didn't accept small bills but ok, very convenient, not bad rates but airport better. In neighbourhood there are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Therefore very convenient. Easy access to central areas. One downside is early checkout time at 10am, we paid 4000yen for two hours extension, so checked out at 12pm."
