Open to street and children played cricket in the parking area every day we were there. Unit is very close to a busy road, and across the street from a kindergarten. Very loud during the day, and dealt with noise while trying to sleep most nights. Had 2 physical problems with the unit. Both times the property manager sent someone over to fix……

"The environment is very basic, living up to the 'Budget' in its name. It takes nearly an hour to get into the city, but public transport is convenient and the wait times are short. For this price, I can't complain—at least you have your own bathroom. Still, the whole place really reminds me of my old university dorm days. Btw, there is a Woolworths supermarket nearby."
