We arrived early from our morning flight and our daughter was sick. Mona whom we approached at the reception desk accommodated us for early check in although the standard check-in time is 3 pm . She also relocated us to a higher floor as per our request in the booking. Her welcome smile and professional skills had gave our family a pleasant and happy stay . This is our 2nd stay at Four Seasons Sydney and we will come back again .

I love the hotel! Don’t be intimidated by the hotel lobby (which looks a bit old but it doesn’t bother me at all). The room gave a different vibe - it looks modern and new. It is spacious, clean and bright! Walkable distance to the CBD. Coles local is nearby. The only downside is that the room is not really sound proof.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Hotel room was clean and spacious, the Harbour view was a bit obstructed because I was on a lower floor. Breakfast was so good, many choices. Within 10 minutes to QVB and Townhall. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

Close to the airport and my rental vehicle return office. My booking comes with free parking so parking for me is not a problem. Room size is very good with everything you need in there. Down side is my room is a connecting room and we tried to ask if we could change to a not connecting room in the reception, the lady said they don’t have anything else for unless we upgrade our room type, since just staying for one night and heading to the airport early in the morning so we skipped it.
