"Great location, friendly staff, and a very comfortable stay! The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi, so it was easy to explore the Old Quarter and nearby attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with many local and international options. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and professional, making me feel very welcome during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would love to come back again in the future!"

"The hotel is in a busy, tourist city center but on a less busy street, so it's great on that one. The breakfast is great, with a sufficient variety of foods. The staff is excellent, all of them, but Jimmy and Jennie were special to me. They are very welcoming and smiling and provide useful information even before you ask. That includes information on what to do, where to eat, great local dishes, and where to find them. The staff really make the hotel excellent. I extended my stay by two nights."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thomas, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional hotel managers we have come across in all our travels. It was amazing how he remembered guests by name and always took the time to speak with everyone personally, making the experience feel very special and personal. Sarah was wonderful during check-in, providing us with lots of useful information about Hanoi and helping us settle in straight away. Lily was also incredibly kind and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptional — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, and the à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, close to all the shops, attractions, and amenities, making it very easy to explore Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future. A definite 11/10!!"
