The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the comfortable bed made our stay even better. The beautiful greenery and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a dream. I’m truly grateful to every staff member for making our stay so special. If you’re visiting La Fortuna, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely come back! ❤️"

They were the most accommodating and helpful staff we’ve encountered in our travels and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed! They gave us a free bottle of wine since it was our honeymoon and a free gift basket with localized sweets and treats on our fourth night there. The food was delicious and all the staff were knowledgeable about the surrounding area and spoke English very well. They went out of their way to show us the animals on the property they would find like sloths and toucans as well. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!"
