“Wonderful cottage on the lake! Was relaxing and the owner was very accomodating. Would definitely stay there again!”

“We had a great time at Lake Seneca and the house worked very well for 2 families.The cons: AC not available in one room and too noisy in another upstairs. Ladder on the pier broken and not usable. Too expensive in the current state but a little work and it will be a great place to stay (again).”

“The view of the lake and the location were perfect for a get together of Veteran friends and our families. The little ones enjoyed the toys and the playscape while the adults enjoyed the open space to congregate and enjoy each others presence and reminisce and tell tall tales alongside the fireplace. It truly was a wonderful time to get our families together on our 2nd Annual Friendsgiving. We all were very pleased with the separate rooms and bedspace, and especially the kitchen. It was very……

“The place was clean. However, there was a note that said they can't guarantee the bedding was clean, and also to save sheets for the next guest? That was very off putting from the start. And the bed was covered in a plastic bag that was noisy whenever you moved. Although the place was somewhat secluded, there were no shades or curtains for privacy and to block the early morning sun. The water had a strong sulfur smell and not drinkable. Fortunately I had bottled water in the car.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas. Check-in was easy and the house looked great. They put up Christmas decorations all through the house, including stockings on the fireplace and even a tree! The view out the living room and bedroom windows is amazing. We had some sunrises that were simply jaw-dropping. Even with weather in the single digits, the house was warm and comfortable. For our family of four, it would have been nice to have a third bedroom, but our oldest was perfectly……

“Everything at the property was as expected and we enjoyed the experience. Only small complaints were the number of bugs/mosquitos outside and the bed was a little soft for our liking. We loved the space and the view. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short getaway”
