“It was exactly as described. The place was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the little town. My only complaint was all the seaweed. It was in large piles all over the beach which made the beach in front of the place pretty useless. ”

“Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly. It’s a rare find, don’t miss this gem! Best trip of my life thank you Kiki!”

“The beds were cozy, the kitchen was stocked. Having an 18L bottle of purified water was so handy as we all drink a lot of water. The community felt safe and was quiet. The beach area was seaweed-free despite a huge amount having come into the area a few days before. You can see the sunrise and sunset from this unit's deck. There are actually three decks in this unit. We even saw a Pygmy Owl! We would definitely stay again. ”

“As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time.
