「Outstanding rental - clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, snorkels, umbrellas, and chairs. The location is excellent. The pool is lovely and private. We definitely hope to come back soon.!」

「If you like constant construction noise this is the place for you. Also the unit is a little run down and needs some updates and improvements. Rain water captures on the front tile patio and becomes a serious slipping hazard. Cleaning could be much improved and done more timely. One day beach towels were never available. Unit is dated and pictures on-line aren’t accurate. One wine glass…really? For a 3 BR unit! 」

「We stayed at this lovely little two story home for one month. It was well equipped, and spacious for two adults and for two weeks, two guests. Judy, the manager, was fantastic: so responsive, lovely to deal with, and very helpful. The only negatives were that the appliances were dated (the toaster had to be replaced; the dishwasher had to be repaired); and the pool was not cleaned regularly. The home felt private, and there were lush gardens around the home. It was a five minute walk...

The accommodations and amenities are reasonably well maintained and she has thought of most things one would want.
