Nestled in the boulders

Great location south of hwy 62 and halfway between JT and 29 Palms park entrances. House is an original Mid Mod with a large sunroom added on. Great place!

The property has everything for a very relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed watching the Orionid meteor shower from the outdoor hot tub. The house is spacious and has an open layout. Lots of windows allow for a panoramic view. Check out the sunrise from the living room windows. Everything in the house was very clean. It is very quiet and peaceful. I also liked the unique decorations on the walls and shelves. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the toilet didn't work and it took all day to get it fixed. I messaged about it at 7AM, but had to follow up with a phone call hours later. Once I reached someone on the phone, communication was good. The plumber had many jobs that day, so he didn't get to me til late afternoon. I totally understand these things happen. I don't blame anyone. But the bottom line is that there was no working toilet in the house from 7 AM to 5 PM. That's a long time. The house is up a dirt road, plus it's several miles on the highway to the nearest town. So finding another toilet is not convenient. Otherwise I very much enjoyed my stay there and exploring the area!

Amazing property and accommodations

Such a simple chic home. Beautiful spot to star gaze, nice location to either entrance for the national park (west and north). Comfortable beds! Perfect spot and would definitely recommend or even rent again!! The owners even allowed us to move around rental dates due to our flights being changed which was amazing! Nature all around and absolutely peaceful!
