"Great location for all activities on Kauai. Steps away from great restaurants and groceries in area. If you enjoy a beach walk or bike ride it was definitely a plus being on the bike path that runs through Kapaa. Great bike rental shop at the end of the street. Clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the back porch with the ocean breeze."

"We enjoyed our stay overall as the location was amazing ! When we emailed the property manager we got a response fairly quickly and they addressed our issues with the exception of a very slow draining sink in the kitchenette. We managed but dishes would have been easier with a properly draining sink I would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely be back if we are back on Kauai ! "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this Kapa'a, Kauai house. This is a true beach house and not a new, modern place. But we loved the ocean breezes that kept the house cool, the well-stocked kitchen, and the lovely, deep front porch. The layout worked for us and each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were provided with beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels, as well as snorkeling equipment. The house is only about 7 miles from the airport and near the old town of Kapa'a so there were lots of shops, coffee spots, and restaurants/food trucks close by. There is also a nice walking/running path along the coast that is quickly accessible. I would rent this house again in a second. (The rental is handled by an agency and communication is not through the VRBO app once you book. This caused us some confusion initially.)"

"Only one smaller hot tub that was full constantly so we never made it in and with pretty bad weather that would have been nice. Need to have more to do around the hotel grounds, like horse shoes, volleyball, something when the water is too rough to get in. The staff were great. Good overall stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"A well appointed condo with an amazing view. Great location on the island. The complex was quiet and the condo had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable one week stay. Can not recommend enough!"
