「Spectacular View. Nice staff. Decent restaurant. The only complaint is lack of sound proofing.」

「I found the staff to be very rigid with any additional requests. I was expecting a traditional bacon and eggs, but it was more like bologna bacon / guess it’s cheaper to feed guests. The butter was spoiled and expired the same month. It was orange and had a weird taste, and the staff would not help in supplying butter even an additional cost. The restaurant seems to be highly priced, especially for Canadians.」

「We had an excellent experience during our stay. The staff was outstanding, and we would especially like to recognize Gabriella, our server, who was exceptional. She was consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making our visit even more enjoyable. We also loved the amenities and were impressed by the beautiful views. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future.」

「Parking was pretty tight, so if you are using a larger vehicle make sure to let them know so you can work with your down stairs neighbor. There isn’t really anything in walking distance but there is tons near by if you are driving ! The property owner was extremely kind and had great suggestions for activities for our stay. The morning birds and howler money were an added bonus and you never know what creatures you are going to catch rubbing under the street lights at night ! Extremely...

「The Retreat is gorgeous. The views of the Volcano and Lake are amazing. The pescatarian menu is perfect for vegetarians and pescatarians. All three meals are served. We did not have meals included but very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The pocket sized gathering places are charming - slider over looking lake, dining room and reception, the separate lounge area with tea and coffee looking into the jungle. The evening walk was fun. The property is on the top of a very steep hill...
