「Parking was pretty tight, so if you are using a larger vehicle make sure to let them know so you can work with your down stairs neighbor. There isn’t really anything in walking distance but there is tons near by if you are driving ! The property owner was extremely kind and had great suggestions for activities for our stay. The morning birds and howler money were an added bonus and you never know what creatures you are going to catch rubbing under the street lights at night ! Extremely...

「This is not a place to go. The staff is not responsive and seems uninterested in customer service. We had a bat in the room that started flying around and they sent someone with a pool cleaner and iphone for a light. We asked to change rooms and it took negotiation to get approval Then in the new room there was no hot water, the front desk said they forgot to turn in on when we moved rooms. There is a single pool, very small and focused on swim-up bar. They are updating and reconstructing...

「Cabines avec piscine . Hors saison donc calme pas de monde mais toujours la route à côté pour ceux qui sont sensibles à ça . Restaurant pas loin(5min en voiture). Proche du parc ecologico( 10 min à pieds le long de la route en revanche). Petit déjeuner sur place.」

「Worse hotel in La fortuna. This hotel is over 40 years old and it is in need of a lot work. Front door lock didn’t work, back door too, shower door didn’t slide, toilet didn’t flush. Awful. I was given a new room in better working order. I will never stay here again.」

「Great time there. Staff was the best. We stayed at a few hotels in Costa Rica. This place just felt like a second home. It's not too busy or crowded, so the pools were not packed. The fact that they have 5 places to swim gave us plenty of time to have just our family at one. The best part of this place were the people. They helped us prepare every excursion. Very friendly and personable. We would definitely return.」
