We spent more time waiting on the elevators then anything else. The breakfast was average. I am highly disappointed in the fact that the hotel charges 79 dollars a day to park. We drove 2 cars so parking was outrageous. I think they should tell you this before arriving. I left 1 day early and already paid the full price. We left because the parking situation was ridiculous! I would choose a different hotel that lets you park in there parking for free. "

"The room was not vacuumed prior to arrival. Tv was not working, had to call for help. Wall by desk had a big crack. Lamp was loose. "

"Rooms were huge!! Spacious and lovely. We had a 2 queens river view and it was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided robes and the window seat to people watch. Lobby is warm and welcoming, staff were all great and very friendly. Antonio is the best ambassador they have - he's legit! :) Highly recommend when you want a home away from home."

"The room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was very pet friendly. Amazing location—just a block from the river and near all the major attractions. You can walk to Millennium park in 15 min. Museums are an easy taxi ride 5 min. "
