We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. ”

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car……

“Everything one might need in a studio efficiency apartment is made available!We slept well and ate breakfast in the room at a comfortable bistro table. Our days and evenings were full of activity but if needed, a lovely backyard with seating was offered.Although we packed our own, the host went above and beyond providing some groceries and bathroom essentials for guest use. We greatly appreciated the coffee maker and coffee fixings! We would definitely rent at this property again.P.S. The……

“I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. “Lovely, clean home in quiet area. Loved the open floor plan and the heated pool when stayed there late March 2026. The house has 2 full bathrooms with low step in showers. There is also a half bathroom off the living room. Good communication prior to our arrival. However, when we arrived, we noticed that the shower head in the master bath was not working. Took 4 days and help from Expedia. The property manager required multiple videos and texts to show that it was broken. It was only when……
