“Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off ”

“I had a very good experience February 2026. You get what you pay for with all inclusive resorts. Better food, better entertainment… Room service is awesome.
Downside – French balconies, and not as much nature or beach as I'd like. Not a quiet place.”

“The rooms was very spacious and clean the shower was amazing… The Manager Mr Brooks very courteous and genuine greets each guest with a smile but the main security is very professional (my wife said he need a raise or bonus) we’re definitely visiting back in July ”

“Everything about the place was welcoming. We stayed two weeks! The pool area was only busy once. We enjoyed a peaceful resort. The sounds of Ochi drifting up the hill to our balcony was welcoming. We drank cups of Blue Mountain coffee (we bought ourselves) every morning from it. The room had a safe but we never used it and our money and valuables were safe while we were there- which to me, is priceless peace of mind for anyone looking to book here.
