"Quiet and everyone very respectful "

"We had our 50th year West Forsyth High School Reunion there! From the time we parked on the street until we checked out everything was outstanding! The valet men were great, they were very helpful cause we had flowers and other items with us for the reunion. Check in was easy, she smiled, greeted us. The staff for the reunion who served our buffet were excellent. Their supervisor was very accommodating if we needed anything else! Our room was great, very roomy and the beds were so comfortable!...

First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details.
