「Everything we needed they got it to us and help haul our packages downstairs on our day to leave and help put our luggage in the trunk of the car I recommend this motel is a star I will be coming back to stay so luxurious and clean even the rooms where clean smell good and quiet place to stay」

「The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!」

「We asked for an extra towel and was told we had to bring the used towels inorder to get some but the problem was we didnt have any available..It was 3 of us in the room and not enough hand towels so we had to use the bigger towel to shower with. The front desk clerk kept going back and forth needless to say we never received the towels..I will NEVER stay at this property again.」

「the room was clean ,the staff was very good, the room was stuffy (very humid)and right in front of the a/c units, water for shower wasnt hot and last day we didnt have any hot water..none! ocean front view was perfect,but the room was very overpriced!! oh yeah..the host at the front by the door tricked us into a timeshare presentation that she said was 90 min ended up being over 2 hours even with the freebees it was a gross misrepresentation and a complete waste of valuable time!!」

「Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount...
