“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “The whole vacation experience was top notch from start to finish. Incredible attention and compassion destroyed by all staff. I would absolutely return to stay again. So Accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious. Happy hour was convenient. Not too many vendors on the public beach (no private beaches in Costa Rica). Could not have asked for a better experience! ”

“Our first time at this resort and we are very happy that we choose. The staff and manager (Josephine) was very friendly. Many thanks to Eddie and Henry the servers and chef who cooked our "catch of the day" for three days on the row. Chelsea,the receptionist helped us booking another 2 days and we didn't have to move the another room. The pools were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We can't wait to return to this piece of paradise and we highly recommend it.”
