「**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.」

Just when I thought I couldn't possibly find anything more to write about, I discovered that the additional blanket in the drawer smelled so nice I had to mention it. In some places they may have a musty scent or smell like a fabric softener, this one had a sweet smell of flowers. Just amazing. 」
