“Renovated property, but poorly kept. Stained pillow case, pillow and bed spread. Nasty bathroom, hair all in floor, bathroom floor and tub dirty. Yuck!”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Location is walking distance to the outlets and there is even a trail you can walk to get you there. The down side to this hotel was they do not have rooms that have not had animals in them. I know it a pet friendly hotel but most hotels still have rooms that have not had animals. I have allergies and I had some difficulty with my allergies in the room.”
