“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“This is an older property that the manager explained is being renovated. The location was great for us and the staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“Absolutely the best customer service when I checked in and an excellent late night market selection with free utensils, microwave and micreovable dinners. Location was superb with many amenities in walking distance. I would take half a star off for the actual room I was given, it was musty smelling but otherwise very clean. ”

“Scrambled eggs and ham, etc., at breakfast were excellent on 1st day, out on 2nd day. The 530 Happy Hour food and drink were very good, also. It is a good location off I70, and near I170, and I270. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed - due to thunderstorms I was told?? ”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“We happened to stay when they were remodeling, so there was a bit more noise than usual, but that couldn’t be helped. Then there was a small fire that was contained in the kitchen but the fire alarm went if at about 4:30am and we needed to evacuate….thought we would’ve heard from management about the situation but we did not. I felt we should’ve been compensated our final night by having that night erased from the bill…we got no real sleep, but that didn’t happen either. The hotel is kept very……

“It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.”

“The room had comfortable beds and was clean. The bathroom was small as the door almost hit the toilet but the counter space was good. the lighting in the room and bath was good.”
