“The building was nice, the rooms were up to date and clean. I liked the hotel itself. The staff experience was very poor. They always appeared to be bothered to be dealing with us when we went to check in, went to the bar, and checked out. Not warm, friendly people at all. ”

“Staff were LOVELY! Both reception and restaurant staff were amazingly sweet and helpful. Stayed here before and after Unbound Gravel and was able to prep my bike in the room. Breakfast at the bistro was excellent and the young lady running the restaurant was very helpful and did an excellent job. Elevator was a little dodgy and the area around had a lot of sirens and noisy cars drag racing up and down the street. Hotel was clean, room was clean, only issue with the room was the TV turning on……

“I felt fortunate to happen upon this hotel that was actually a 3 bedroom apartment. Had a full kitchen so we were able to refreeze our ice and cook supper. Adults got to sleep in our own beds. Grocery store is less than 2 miles away and there is a coffee shop next door. We had a great stay. ”

“We arrived late, the email stated using the last 4 numbers from the phone number, it didn't work. Finally we used a # before the number which worked. The email didn't say to use the #sign which was frustrating. The parking area wasn't marked, so everyone parked where ever they wanted. Lastly the email information never worked the whole time we were there. Just a few things to work on, otherwise we all enjoyed the beautiful house. ”
