“Nicely decorated room but it smelled so musty and upon checking in our room, we found hair on the bathroom counter. It was remedied immediately. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the performing arts center. Street parking is free.”

“Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!”

“It didn’t start out well when we were given a room that was already occupied. Seemed to be a little confusion when fixing it. The room was fine but didn’t look like it had been dusted. The sink faucet needs to be fixed; I worried it would break (I let the staff know). Beds and pillows were comfortable and although there was noise from outside, the ac fan took care of that. “Stay was great ! Homewood Suites in Topeka KS was great ! The only trouble we had was reserving thru Expedia.com which billed us for 2 rooms when we only needed one.”

“I just needed a simple place to stop and get some sleep, and this fit the bill. The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was already cranking at a chilly 59 degrees when I walked in, which was great.
