“Good: breakfast buffet, cookies in the afternoon, balcony, well cared for, friendly staff, great help with finding sites, pool Not so much: dated decor, wierd lonby decor, the corners in our room need wiped or vacuumed, gym is small with limited options, beds made shoulders hurt”

“The service was great, everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful. We had a 2 room condo and it was awesome. We had so much room and everything we needed. My only complaint would be the king bed we slept on was so hard. Like sleeping on a board. Other than that everything was great!!! Definitely recommend. Felt like it was a nice clean area and felt safe with our kids.”

“Hotel was nice and clean. Traveling with young childern having a playground on-site was nice for the littles to get out and play after hours in the car.”

“Great stay, great value”

“I reported a concern about the room being next door to mechanical room an there was a compressor that kicked on multiple times for 20-30 seconds at a time during the night. They said, since I booked thru a third-party an got some kind of special that they save the good rooms for their owners and direct clientele people. I thought the lady was kinda haughty and didn’t really want to hear any complaints. I was just trying to do it for their own benefit and you know there is a lot more places to……

“Staff was warm & welcoming. Had an issue with the room and they accommodated us. Room was small but it was very nice since we only slept there didn't need much else. Highly recommended especially since it is only like 5 min from Branson. Room rates were very reasonable. Nice quiet area to sit outside & relax at the end of a long day. Thank you for an awesome stay.”
