Overall, this property offers the business/ casual travellers a great location in downtown Norfolk with easy access to waterfront activities, nearby parking, convention spaces, a terrace pool, and limited dining but with better choices nearby. Loss of MacArthur Mall is a significant blow to the downtown vibrancy. And time has exacted its toll on the property which needs cosmetic attention in virtually all areas.」

「Hotel is mentioned as smoke free and the first thing that hit us was the smell of weed. There were roaches everywhere. Beds were horrible and I woke up with bad backache. there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, when I called and asked for it, the lady said she's coming in few minutes and never showed up.
