“Value for money. Good service and friendly staff. Continental breakfast is good. The only setback is that a loud noise of the alarm woke up everyone at around 5:55am accidentally and it lasted for a few seconds. ”

“這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和 素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。”

“The hotel is wonderfully located in a beautiful old building. The bar area is very comfortably and the rooms are nice and bright, having had a refurb in the recent past. The staff are hit and miss, some are absolutely lovely, caring and helpful, others treat you like you’re in the way, which is a shame. The rooms have an iron and ironing board, kettle and basic toiletries.”

“Nice clean room and an ample parking space at an affordable price. The only downside is wifi is not free.”

“A good stay as always, some areas where very hot as heating was on but we were able to switch this off in our room. We had a fire alarm go off on Friday evening but staff were prompt to evacuate and well organized. ”

“Budget hotel but decent value for money. Issues with fire alarms on day but thankfully sorted by time I got back. Key cards didn’t work initially but easily sorted. Comfortable but certainly no frills. Breakfast ok but nothing special. ”
