“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“The glasses and water carafe in the room were visibly dirty. The linens were worn to the point of needing to be replaced (aka torn and towels that weren’t just blood stained but weren’t thoroughly enough washed). The staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciate the water by the elevator and communal closet of extra towels, blankets, etc - but at a certain point this touch feels less like an amenity and more like I’m being made responsible for cleaning and stocking my own insufficient room.”

“Floors made the bottoms of socks black in seconds (not clean at all), no hand towels or floormat (only two towels provided), not informed the entire lobby was ripped up for construction before booking.”

“For the resort fee you pay they should provide chairs and umbrellas down at the beach. Alot of construction making finding a bathroom at times at the pool difficult. One day our beds were not made. Over all ok but will check others mext time”
