"Mistakes happen. When we got there, the unit had not been setup for our arrival as the beds were not made and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. I texted the host and she was responsive and came right over. I acknowledge that mistakes will occur. The important part is how the mistakes are handled. Negatives: although the finishes were nice, slate and granite, the condo is showing age. Carpet had visible stains, hole in the wall in main area, wallboard in upstairs bathroom is bubbling. "The house is nice and cozy. Everything worked and it was in very good condition. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The major problem is the property is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. While the house does have 2 bathrooms, one is off limits. The master bed and bath are designed as the owners area and access is denied. So while I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath I only got a 2 bed 1 bath.
