「This is our "go to" place to stay when we go to the Blowing Rock area! We love Chetola! We have stayed in the lodge as well as the inn. They are both wonderful and the property has so much to do! It is in a great location I'm already looking forward to going back!」

「Spaciousness and view the best things. Amenities were VERY limited, and when some yahoo rode by oou patio on some kind of ATV for an unexplainable reason at 8AM the morning after we arrived- that woke us up. 'Popcorn and a movie' the following night was equally disappointing. Yes, the movie played, but no popcorn offered, and the latte machine near that area didn't work. Staff was friendly and as accomodating as they could be, but this place is still a work in progress.」

One could easily spend a week or more doing various activities as well as visiting the local businesses and being surrounded by all the natural beauty. There is a winery and a bakery nearby. It is so important to get good advice for a city and you will be very impressed with the service you receive from Zack, just like you would receive at a fine five star hotel. The property is lovely, the pool can use a little updating, however, our stay was early in the season, so I’m sure improvements were coming. 」

「This is a very quaint and comfortable little motel. If you like nostalgia, this is the place for you. It is a throwback to the old style motels. The room was clean and the property was well maintained and quiet. Easy to walk to the shops, park and restaurants in downtown Blowing Rock. The only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is the pillows are flat. We would definitely return for another stay!」

「We recently stayed at Hilton GI for a soccer tournament and the staff was so accommodating and the facility was very clean. Breakfast was great, pool was fun for soccer team (don’t plan to relax there) and gym facilities were nice. The bar area was also stocked with a lot of options. I would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity 」

「Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!」
