「Absolutely awesome house. So clean, it felt like we were the first ones that ever stayed there. Close to everything that is cool and having the trail next to the house was incredible. Would love to stay again!!」

「We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was more than adequately stocked. We truly appreciated being able to use the kayaks. There were toys for the kids. The extras like the highchair and jumper were a huge help for our grand daughter !!!」

「Our family had a great time at the Heron's Cove Cottage, this was our second visit. The house is perfect for our family of 6, clean and has a beautiful view of the Sandbar. The Sandbar Marina and Grill is close by and the house is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend. 」

「Cottage was wonderful! Clean, neat, comfortable and well stocked for a great visit. Cottage is close to apple orchard, winerys and weather was terrific. Would definitely stay again!!」

「Most VRBO's are older houses that are showing their age a little. Not this one. We walked into a essentially brand new house..new furnishings...new appliances...new dishes/cups/knives. etc. It has great view of the river...just a few steps away (new dock). It feels relatively remote but it is within a 10 minute drive of shopping and restaurants (though there is a very nice restaurant a few hundred feet away. The area under the house is great place to relax on a warm summer day. Watching...

「We were there on Business and made this trip into a Business/vacation. Relaxing by the river doing some fishing. We did not want to leave. Prefect for all occasions.」

「This is beautiful home with great amenities. Comfortable beds, nice linens, a well appointed kitchen. When the ad warns that you need an AWD or 4WD vehicle, pay close attention. The driveway is very steep and when we were there it was difficult getting in & out due to heavy rain. If you have the correct vehicle, or you don’t mind walking down the hill with your things, this is a wonderful place to stay. Manager was very responsive & helpful. 」

「Our stay at Mallard Cottage was lovely. The lake was quiet, which made for such a relaxing stay. We were able to launch our kayaks, and paddle boards so easily. The kids could launch the kayaks on their own. The cottage looked just like the pictures in the listing. We had everything we needed, and more. The hosts we so kind, and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!」
