「Staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient.
The hotel is located near the places we wanted to visit and we were delighted that it was so easy.
The breakfast which was included with our room was delicious and against staff was friendly and very helpful.」

「The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.」
