“Very happy with our family’s 4 night stay at this hotel. Very clean room and facilities, renovated room was spacious and our son had a great L-shaped sofa bed with a half-wall separation with our bed. Staff very friendly & breakfast food and area were fine. Only 20 minutes from KC Chiefs & Royals stadiums. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“The staff was very friendly. The hotel is dated and needs a makeover. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working and that they are removing it. Beds were very comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. Impressive amount of channels available including local sports channels. Breakfast was better than expected. Great value for a weekend stay. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……
