“Thanks so much for helping me to do the laundry with other company which is efficient and fast. But my room is next to the train (I guess), it’s quite noisy when train gets by. The room is compact but has everything you need. But the hairdryer could only be used in some sockets only, not the one next to my bed. The location is also easily accessible and quite safe even when I get back late”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“The room is not that clean at all! The first day after checking in found out that the room was with some bugs even clawing on the bathing towels inside the toilet. Room is switched after that incident! The last night we ask the front desk if we can check out late (original check out time was 12PM) a staff told us that no need to inform them if it is before 1PM. End up when I was back to the hotel at 12:30PM and found out that the room key no longer be valid. We told the front desk staff and she……
