"Great check-in process for two of us with limited vision. Showed us our room and gave us directions to Big Bus stop, Paddington Station and nearby restaurants. Very close to Paddington Station while being near area restaurants."

"Very nice establishment, however if you're put in a room that’s facing to the street it can get rather noisy. The breakfast, staff and overall experience was excellent. It was nice to have a full size tub as I caught a head cold wile traveling and it was to have that amenity. Would highly recommended. "

"The staff was exceedingly courteous. This is a very professionally run small hotel. Although the building is very old, the bathroom is immaculate and completely updated. The room is very small, but it’s all I needed for one night. I was worried being a light sleeper about the shaking from the train, but it didn’t impact my sleep."

"This hotel is beautiful and the place to be for Christmas drinks! I loved seeing everyone all dressed up at the Palm court! The room was spacious and luxurious offering two types of pillows for for comfort! We also visited the spa while there which was extremely nice and relaxing! Highly recommend. "
