“Always clean, great customer service! Love the extras such as great river view, happy hour drinks and snacks included and breakfast too!”

“We met Morgan when we arrived. She's great. She checked us in when we arrived. Hot coffee all the time in the lobby. Everything is very clean. Beds comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning. Pool and hot tub are nice.”

“Comfortable but the room was not all the way clean. Bath tub had others hair in and the trash was till in there from before. Staff friendly. Pool was great my kids loved it! ”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!”

“My daughter and I loved our stay at the Saravilla. Kelly made us feel right at home, and we really enjoyed learning about the mansion's history. Spending time there felt like a a trip in a time machine that we really enjoyed. ”
