“We absolutely loved our stay. It was very cozy and quiet. It was also close to many restaurants and attractions. I recommend this condo to everyone.”

“The cabin was beautiful. The pool room was locked and an alarm was on the pool which was great due to little ones wanting to constantly swim during our stay. The movie room equipment was easy to use. The kids loved the game room (air hockey, pool and video games). The kitchen was equipped with plates, silverware, etc… Overall our family really enjoyed the cabin and the views from the several balconies. The cabin was clean and communication with the Eden Crest, the rental company was……

“This condo was very clean and neat. It would be a little tight with four people sharing one bathroom, unless it was a family with children. The elevator was a little funky - it always stops on the first floor on the way down whether you push the button or not! Exit is at B. But, at least there is an elevator! The accommodations were very nice, just BEWARE of the large Property Fee added to the seemingly low nightly price.”

“My husband and I had a great time vacationing here. The cabin was adorable...very clean and cozy. Everything was exactly what we expected from the photos. The location was also perfect! 10-15 minutes drive to anything we wanted to do in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for a quiet place full of amenities to unwind in after a day of activities in the mountains!”

“Our overall stay was really good. Nice place, nice room, nicely decorated. Shower floor was dirty with dark stains. The dresser in the bedroom is not level. Drawers open on their own at will. Dresser was almost comical. ”

“Very nice chalet. It was clean and roomy and nicely decorated. Two hot tubs, a pool table, two fuse ball tables, air hockey table and arcade games. The two kitchens were fully stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and everything a big group would need. Close to grocery stores and other types of stores. The bedrooms were fantastic! All were private with your own rest room and flat screen tv. There was also a media room but you have to bring your own movies. Highly recommend this chalet. ”

“The property was very nice in the pictures. Upon arrival things seemed dated and worn (normal wear and tear) there were a few minor issues. There was no water disturbance alarm present as described, the dryer did not work (luckily there is a 24hr laundry down the hill), there was a dustpan present with no broom and door to lower deck will only stay shut when locked. Air hockey had to be plugged in and unplugged to work as power buttons didnt work, and pool table pockets had holes so balls hit……

“Property was nice. Needs a thorough cleaning, especially under the chair and couch. Staples poking up under carpet from bedroom into living room. My wife was poked when she stepped on it. The Internet went out but was restored 24 hours later. Very quiet and private. We enjoyed ourselves.”

“It’s a split level with lots of stairs. But if you don’t mind the climb, it’s worth it. Aunt Bugs was great and we had a lovely time. Pool was a little small and we had to share it with the entire complex. Other than that, had a great time. ”
