「Quiet, relaxing place」

「They list as pet friendly.. there is not a pet relieving area.. i walked him on the busy street out front, which was fine, but not at night. 」

「This place is such a hidden Palm Springs gem! Absolutely beautiful vintage hotel. The rooms and landscaping make you feel like you're staying at an affluent person's old home :). They even have fruit trees you can pick and make your own juice! Will definitely be back. 」

「This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.」

「Beautiful, classy, 100 year old property. Welcoming staff. We felt right at home. Wonderful pool area. Attention needed to several minor details. Ice is available 24/7 but only by asking at the front desk, and this is not mentioned in the brochure provided. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom (of our unit). Our room was dark, almost gloomy. It would be very cosy with proper lighting but there was no bright light available and two lights were non-functional. The door to our patio would...

「This hotel is very nice. the rooms have kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer. A nice big pool. I believe there are some options for dining. I would not say that there are restaurants within walking distance. there is another Westin hotel walking distance and there is a restaurant there I assume.」

「I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. 」
