「Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. Then we just did not answer the phone in the room when it rang so that ended time share for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is lacking things like...

「The location is fantastic- close to things we wanted to do and walking distance to target, Trader Joe’s and a few fast restaurants. The accommodations themselves were spacious and clean. Showers were huge and great. The living area is especially sunny and bright in the morning, fyi. But the grounds are beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「The condo is great. We stayed with 4 people and the place is perfect for 4. 10 minute drive to downtown. The pool we used was very close to the condo and there is a great hot tub there too. No heating fees:) Thanks for sharing your place with us!」

「Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised! The place is spacious, airy, and better than the photos. It actually felt like someone's home and had all the necessary amenities. It was comfortable and convenient. Will absolutely return! There were a few unusual things just to mention, for the price point it was totally fine but for instance no door to the upstairs bedroom and the shower handle being so stiff I thought I was going to break it. Also we couldn't figure out how to exit the complex on...

「Property was great - just as advertised. The villa was great for our visit to Plam Desert, primarily to watch the tennis tournament. Property owner was easy to work with. The Westin is a great location and the grounds are very nice. We would rent here again.」

「I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. 」
