“Beautiful Island and great hotel grounds . Staff can be better trained on customer service however that does not apply to all . Most of the staff is. friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious and clean . Grounds are amazing and beach is breathtaking.”

Our renovated room was big, had a lovely partial view of the Ocean and Pool area perfect for the three of us - BONUS we had a washer and dryer also in the unit. We (my wife and daughter) traveled with another couple and their daughters and had a wonderful time at the Alexandra. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the guest entertained with daily activities and evening events. Cheeky was a standout staff member who was always "on". Grace……

“This property is great to disconnect. Its only a few minutes from the beach and they offer a shuttle that drives to and from the beach and the sister resort Kokomo. The pool and restaurant are at the Kokomo resort not at one and Marlin. They also offer taxi services if you do not want to rent a car.The staff was great and very helpful. WENIE and MIMI made us feel welcomed and were super nice and accommodating.”

The staff warmly welcomes you and very accommodating. While the property does not have on dining, you are only minutes away in walking to a number of places. ”
