“Love the food in the hotel restaurant。”

“The rooms are really dated and need some cosmetic improvements. The ice machine on the first 3 floors did not work so you have to travel to floors 4-8 for ice. The floors in the bathroom and kitchenette were sticky and our house shoes were sticking to the floors. Breakfast was way overpriced so we had to leave for food in the morning. Self parking is 3 blocks away and $12 per day with no in and out privileges. Minimal accommodations.”

The building is dog friendly, but the dog waste basket outside the entrance door was overflowing with dog waste bags. The smell was unbearable! Great location, you can walk to Little Italy and other nearby watering holes.”

“This was an absolute gorgeous place to stay. Had everything we needed. Perfect location to the Cleveland Clinic. Had the shops we needed close by. It was immaculate. The only drawback was the three flights of steps that were not mentioned in the listing. My husband is an older gentleman and that was hard for him and the lack of air conditioning.
