“We stayed 2 nights with 2 young kids. We had a blast outside with the wave pool, lazy river and water slides. The room was ok. Beds were comfy. The coffee maker was not clean and when we moved the side table to eat there was something gross on under it. Otherwise the place was very clean. Everyone was very nice minus a lady in the cafe. Overall great little staycation with the kids. ”

“I enjoyed myself at this beautiful property, I wanted to go on a relaxing vacation and this property really allowed me that. It was quiet, beautiful, and clean. My son did not want to leave he wanted to stay an extra day. My only concern was parking, I love the idea of wellness but when you are in the buildings in the back it’s a lot of walking lol 😂😂😂 especially when you left a restaurant. Overall this a spot you can enjoy with your family. Luxury, it feels like you are home. I recommend……

“The home was beautiful, great decor, comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. We were there to go to the theme parks, they were easy to get to from the home. Traffic was a little crazy, but I think we were all going to the same place at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay!”

“Great home! Clean! Had every item in the home for comfortable living! Although I didn’t pay for pool heating I wanted to jump in on a cold day it was so clean and beautiful ! ”

“The home was nice, but the surrounding properties did not seem to be the cleanest outside. The pool staff was excellent, but the front office/check in People were unfriendly. ”

“The property is beautiful. The upstairs King suite the bed had dirty stained sheets and matress covers. Curtains in downstairs King was hanging from the window. No one ever came to correct the problem. I had to go out and buy king size sheet set and matress cover. We only had good communications, when talking to Jose. He is very knowledgeable about the tules and how things operate. I hope hes a manager or will become very soon. Thank you Jose.”

“The property was very nice and it looked exactly like the pictures. Checking in was very fast and the guards were amazing. The area seemed to be pretty safe and it was very quiet. My only complaint is there were not enough towels to use at this property and we had no choice but to run out to get some at the last minute. That was a great inconvenience since the local Walmart was a ways away from the area. Plus it was an unexpected expense. I think the money we paid for the property should’ve……

“This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. ”

“Pros: The house is amazing as well as the resort. Kids loved the pool and the resort pool which had a slide and a lazy river. The pool at the reort is heated. Cons: the conpany who manages this house is terrible. The company attempted to charge me for a burned comforter which had a burn mark from an iron. I was on a trip to legoland, definately did not even toych the iron, let alone plug it in. Sent pictures of previous renters who also were charded for the same bedspread. I loved the……

“Problems started with them telling us the spa is NOT heated after we had it booked and arrived. When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated. So she said she would send someone out. THREE hours later we gave up waiting and went to dinner and someone came out and he said to my……
