“The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.”

“The apartment was in good condition, and guest service was great. However the place could be cleaner and provide Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash just like the hotels so we don’t have to purchase them separately for ease of travel. We didn’t use the kitchen, washer and dryer. Washer and Dryer are so dusty that i didn’t want to use it. The floor is dusty too. Maybe the place has been vacant? We were asked if the physical keys but there were none upon arrival and we only use the digital keys to……
