“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

They answered the phone as if they didn’t know why I was calling or that it was a business at all Then they switched the property that we were supposed to have to a different place that looked nothing like the pictures from the first place of course and the house given to stay in was a very old house that was attempted be……
