“The hotel overall is nice and clean, but the car park entrance is quite difficult to locate. As next to it are 2 pubs and bars, at night you can still hear the music and beats through the windows, quite annoying to be honest. ”

“Room is neat, not too small. No slippers and toothbrushes provided until we asked for. Breakfast is good with variety of drinks and bread. ”

“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”

“Excellent stay , really memorable, comfy, very family friendly , location and staff are great - only things that could be improved were quality of some cooked breakfast items , decor around bath tub and air con (bit difficult to control) but overall absolutely fantastic and probably best hotel in area by far , even versus Radisson. Definitely a fan who would recommend for any kind to stay, any time.”

“Dirty place , tv wasn’t working , staff member was rude and unhelpful , gave wrong information all the times ”

“Lovely apartment rooms with plenty of space to work as well as relax. Fabulous shower and very comfy bed. Cleaners need to take more care, dirty plates left in dishwasher, soap scum starting to build up in shower cubicle and lots of marks on wall. Unless properly cleaned, these new apartments will start to look in poor condition. Looking forward to the shop being open for our next trip. ”
